It’s easy to skip ahead to Sunday. It’s tempting to sing the songs of victory without sitting in the sorrow of Friday. But Easter doesn’t begin with resurrection.
How great was Jesus' love for us. He could have had 10 thousand angels remove Him from the cross but He endured it because He took our sin on himself so we can be saved by grace. How great is Our Lord. Hallelujah.
On Sunday I read one of your beautiful and a that's me your talking about. You wrote about your physical pain and how you hide your pain in front of others. I would really like to see what you wrote again but I can not find it. Is there anyway way to see it again. I do not remember where I saw it could be Facebook or my email
That’s the beauty of Holy Week, the opportunity to reflect deeply on the love and grace of the cross at the foot of the cross. No one is unreachable by the love of God. And it’s at the foot of the cross where we, experiencing forgiveness, extend our forgiveness to others. It was there, at the cross, that I found the grace needed to let the anger toward my oppressors go…
