This week’s post is a little different and a little under the radar. Usually, I write to you just online, but this time, I wanted to create something more personal, so I’m sending out a few handwritten cards.
There’s something truly special about receiving a tangible card in the mail, isn’t there? In this digital age, we often overlook the joy that a simple piece of paper, filled with words from the heart, can bring. A handwritten note or card carries with it the warmth of the person who took the time to craft it. It’s a reminder that someone cared enough to put pen to paper, to choose their words carefully, and to send a little piece of love your way.
I remember being in one of the toughest seasons of my life a few years back, and one day… a card arrived in the mail with words that hit my heart. Such a simple gesture, yet so powerful. Better than an email, a text, or a tag in a post. Someone took the time to write me, jot my address on the front, and send me something tangible to hug against my chest. It felt like a little piece of hope that I didn’t even know I needed.
So, if you’d love to receive one of these cards from me, direct message me your address, and you could be one of the ten blessed ones to receive a little handwritten encouragement.
And if you know someone who would love this idea, share this post and invite them to Little Sparrow Loved. There’s so much more in store in the coming months. And don’t forget to check out the video below 👇
Let’s keep the beauty of handwritten notes alive, one card at a time.

I love the personal touch of a physical card. I make over 30 Christmas cards every year for friends and family and mail them out. I've had several tell me that they look forward to them every year, so I love being able to send people a little joy amongst all the bills and junk mail. 😄
I try very hard to write a handwritten thank you card when receiving a gift or even when someone does something nice for me.
